🌀 Finance Manager/ Head of accounting (remote) / The company handles payments to global contractors, invoicing & compliance. We work for IT companies, ad agencies, and game developers from 110+ countries.

What you’ll do
- Oversee and manage accounting across Cyprus, UAE (Dubai), and Hong Kong
-Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax and reporting requirements
-Work hands-on with complex multi-entity, multi-currency structures
-Manage relationships with multiple banks, payment providers, and PSPs
-Support company leadership with financial reporting, planning, and control
-Coordinate external accountants, auditors, and advisors
-Build and improve internal financial processes and controls

What we’re looking for
- Strong background in international accounting & finance
-Practical experience with Cyprus and UAE accounting (Hong Kong is a big plus)
-Experience in IT / Fintech / GameDev / Tech companies
-Proven ability to work with complex corporate structures
-Experience managing multiple bank accounts across jurisdictions
-Hands-on mindset — able to do the work, not only manage it
-Fluent English (written and spoken), Russian is needed as well
