What you will do

• Define and own the company-wide technology and engineering strategy.
• Lead and scale engineering, tools, and technical pipeline teams.
• Oversee game development pipelines (Unity, Unreal, proprietary tools).
• Optimize internal tools, workflows, and automation for large-scale production.
• Ensure security, stability, and scalability of infrastructure and systems.
• Partner with production, art, and business teams to remove technical bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or Technical Director.
• Strong background in game development or game technology.
• Deep understanding of Unreal Engine and/or Unity pipelines.
• Experience managing distributed, international technical teams.
• Strong system architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps knowledge.
• Ability to balance hands-on problem solving with high-level strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience in game outsourcing or co-development studios.
• Experience with proprietary tools and pipeline development.
• M&A or studio acquisition integration experience.
