Senior Product Mobile Designer (Fintech): Reimagining the experience of sales ambassadors for an agent app, focusing on loan applications, income management, and HR requests with an accent on owning motivational components and translating complex financial logic into intuitive UX. Focus on balancing user needs, business goals, and regulatory constraints, and continuously improving the credit experience through research, analytics, and experimentation.

Location: Fully remote (Global) with periodic team meetups or office-based in Manila, Philippines. Core working hours are 12:00 - 18:00 GMT+8.

What you will do

• Own motivational components across all employee digital surfaces.
• Translate complex financial logic and business rules into clear, simple, and intuitive user experiences.
• Own UX quality across the employee journey including shift management, goals, education, and teamwork.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders from early discovery to launch.
• Drive design initiatives, identifying problems, proposing improvements, and carrying changes through to implementation.
• Use research, analytics, and experimentation to validate decisions and continuously improve the credit experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product designer with a focus on mobile apps (iOS, Android).
• Excellent command of Figma (Senior+/Lead level).
• Strong ability to think and design systemically (not just individual screens).
• High level of independence and proactivity, comfortable driving ambiguous problems to clarity.
• Knowledge of mobile usability principles, user research, and A/B testing.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions, combining creativity with business goals, and understanding mobile development constraints.
• English: B1/B2 fluency required as all communication is in English.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and implementing animations (Lottie, Rive, AE).
• Experience working on apps gamification.
