What you will do

• Coordinate with Esports technical, creative, and live broadcast teams for gameplay video projects.
• Infuse creative ideas for new Esports content in planning meetings.
• Take ownership of the creative vision and shape content from pre-production to delivery.
• Evaluate Esports content and propose improvements for technical and editorial skills.
• Manage stakeholder reviews and maintain detailed communications throughout video production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience as a producer in gaming, sports, or entertainment content production.
• Proven ability to create and execute project plans and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of diverse project types (web, mobile, video, brand, strategic consulting).
• Possess production & project management experience with a strong creative video content reel or links.
• Strong understanding of why audiences connect with certain cultural phenomena and apply those insights to content planning and storytelling.
