What you will do

• Build, optimize, and maintain backend services using Node.js and C# / .NET Core.
• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for consumer-facing products.
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Develop scalable data models and ensure efficient query performance.
• Participate in system design, architecture decisions, and code quality improvements.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, QA, product managers, and data teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks).
• Solid experience with C# / .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS ideal; Azure/GCP also acceptable).
• Understanding of distributed systems, caching strategies, and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS).
• Ability to write maintainable code with good testing discipline.
