TL;DR

Senior Investor Relations Product Analyst (Fintech): Providing exemplary reactive and proactive customer support for hirify.global’s Investor Relations workflow products with an accent on financial data questions, product functionality, and industry best practices. Focus on troubleshooting technical and data issues, managing client interactions, and maintaining a strong understanding of the Investor Relations industry.

Location: This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model (at least 2 in-office days per week). Willingness to work within US business hours (night shift) and twice a week in our office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

What you will do

  • Provide support to a wide range of client queries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Participate in tailored proactive client outreach campaigns to increase usage of new and existing features.
  • Work closely with Product Specialists and Account Managers to provide outstanding customer service for a global client base.
  • Troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical and data issues and inquiries.
  • Document and track all client interactions in hirify.global's CRM system.
  • Acquire and maintain a strong understanding of the Investor Relations industry and customer success best practices.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business or Finance, with at least 3 years of experience in client-facing service roles.
  • Understanding of Financial Markets.
  • Excellent presentation and remote training skills.
  • Superior attention to detail while handling multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and client engagement skills, including the ability to build and handle client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Positive attitude and deep customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to work within US business hours (night shift) and twice a week in our office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
