What you will do
- Partner and directly facilitate with teams at all levels, from developers to executives.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and communicate technical context, aligning it with business objectives to drive project deliverables.
- Create and drive project schedules, managing progress and dependencies within and across Product Groups.
- Collaborate with staff and management of multiple worldwide business units to identify and communicate project involvement, goals, expectations, and tasks.
- Proactively track the status of project activities, ensuring schedules and priorities are met, and critical issues are identified and resolved.
- Lead Scrum meetings and facilitate follow-ups on meeting minutes and action items.
Requirements
- Proficient in Jira (query/ticket creation, board creation and facilitation).
- 10+ years of experience working in a program/project management capacity for software development.
- Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, and planning milestones.
- Experience planning, organizing, managing, and tracking engineering work with multiple complex dependencies at scale.
- Experience with/exposure to large scale platforms (cloud technologies) and complex interdependent software development projects.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
