What you will do

  • Define and own the end-to-end sound production schedule and milestones.
  • Lead contracting, bidding, and procurement with domestic and worldwide partners.
  • Coordinate workflows between Sound Directors, Composers, and Designers.
  • Optimize task management and pipeline efficiency using Jira and Confluence.
  • Oversee production budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.
  • Lead meetings and manage professional documentation for global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong logical and responsible communication in complex production environments.
  • Proficiency in global business communication (leading meetings, drafting professional documents).
  • Deep understanding of game sound or music production processes.
  • Proven ability to structure production data and manage schedules using Excel or equivalent tools.
  • Native-level fluency in Korean (written and verbal) is required.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as a PM or Producer within the gaming or media industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence for optimizing workflows.
  • Active gamer with deep literacy across multiple genres and audio trends.
  • Hands-on experience in music production, sound design, or audio post-production.
  • Degree in Music Business, Audio Production, or a related field.
  • Experience managing high-value contracts and procurement with world-class global studios.
