Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington or Chicago, Illinois, with 10 days/quarter in-office presence required.

What you will do

• Architect and implement customer-centric identity graphs.
• Lead development of metrics and pipelines for highly available data.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Define technical vision for customer data graphs with product managers.
• Establish standards for data quality, latency, and delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop event-driven architecture and automate data delivery pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 10+ years in engineering, with significant focus on search technology, vector databases, data engineering, and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Search Indices (Pinecone, Milvus, Redis) and Workflow Orchestration (Airflow, dbt).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala, with data frameworks like Spark and Pandas/Polars.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, BigQuery, Redshift, Data Cloud, and the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
