Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel. Must be able to commute to the Tel Aviv Office 2-3 times a week.

What you will do

• Partner with and facilitate teams at all levels, from developers to executives.
• Drive project scheduling, scoping, and execution, ensuring timely delivery against the roadmap.
• Collaborate with worldwide business units, product management, and design teams.
• Proactively track project status, manage dependencies, and ensure priorities are met.
• Identify, track, and escalate critical issues through resolution.
• Lead Scrum meetings, manage daily/weekly communication, and status reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management for software development.
• Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, and planning milestones.
• Proficient in Jira for query/ticket creation, board creation, and facilitation.
• Experience with large-scale cloud technologies, complex inter-dependent technologies, and software development projects.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework methodology.
