Production Coordinator

TL;DR

Production Coordinator: Coordinating and managing the production team and supporting the Project Manager with an accent on task intake, evaluation, and assignment to appropriate team members. Focus on tracking deadlines, resolving issues, and continuous improvement to ensure excellence in quality and collaborative work.

Location: Full-time onsite availability during the first three months (from 09:30 to 19:00hr). A Hybrid working model with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Task intake and evaluation.
• Assign work to the appropriate team member.
• Estimate time and provide ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) to Project Managers.
• Review and provide feedback on agency timelines.
• Track incidents and/or improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Full-time onsite availability during the first three months (from 09:30 to 19:00hr)
• Advanced English knowledge, portuguese is a plus.
• Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in agile development environments is a plus.
• Knowledge in marketing, advertising, or product development is a plus.
