Location: Onsite at the modern office in Beyoğlu, Istanbul, Turkey.

What you will do
- Generate innovative and engaging hyper-casual game ideas using accumulated knowledge and data.
- Manage game development from ideation through release.
- Optimize processes and workflows and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong interest in games and user experience.
- Expertise in strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical background and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Intrinsic motivation to create top-charting games.
- No prior experience is required.
