What you will do

• Develop, optimize, test, and deploy automation solutions to enhance business processes.
• Gather and analyze technical requirements for successful implementation.
• Mentor Junior Developers and deliver training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, development guidelines, and technical frameworks.
• Lead client meetings and ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and the SCRUM framework for project management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in building automation solutions using RPA platforms, ideally Blue Prism.
• Proven ability to design end‑to‑end automations and optimize existing workflows.
• Strong technical foundation, enabling independent ownership of the development lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to transform them into automated solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical topics to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
