What you will do

• Plan, design, and implement customer training programs leveraging WorkRamp LMS and create engaging content for hirify.global Academy.
• Develop and oversee learning frameworks, materials, and interactive modules tailored to customer needs.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment of training content with organizational goals.
• Regularly review and update learning materials to reflect product updates and industry best practices.
• Analyze customer feedback and training effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track and report training progress, metrics, and customer satisfaction to measure success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience with LMS platforms, particularly WorkRamp, and familiarity with creating and managing training modules.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong instructional design skills, including experience with video content creation and interactive learning methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate training program performance and customer feedback.
