What you will do
- Plan, design, and implement customer training programs leveraging WorkRamp LMS and create engaging content for hirify.global Academy.
- Develop and oversee learning frameworks, materials, and interactive modules tailored to customer needs.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment of training content with organizational goals.
- Regularly review and update learning materials to reflect product updates and industry best practices.
- Analyze customer feedback and training effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track and report training progress, metrics, and customer satisfaction to measure success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience with LMS platforms, particularly WorkRamp, and familiarity with creating and managing training modules.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong instructional design skills, including experience with video content creation and interactive learning methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate training program performance and customer feedback.
- English: Resume must be sent in English.
