What you will do

• Support ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at improving procurement operations.
• Perform industry research and contribute to the development of negotiation strategies.
• Build a comprehensive spend analysis of the software procurement category to identify optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to the RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes and help evaluate proposals and bids.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes mainly on the Software and Market Data Categories.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and billing processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Must be based in Porto, Portugal.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Nice to have

• A first experience in IT procurement (Software/Market Data).
• Understanding of billing systems and financial reporting tools.
• Fluency in a third language.
