What you will do

• Build and maintain cloud connectivity products and solutions, migrating workloads to public cloud providers.
• Design and deploy highly available, resilient, and secure multi-tiered cloud applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to deliver customer-centric cloud infrastructure products.
• Manage full software lifecycle including specification, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Integrate on-premises systems with public cloud services to provide consistent and secure application development patterns.
• Promote best practices for cloud application development and infrastructure management across the firm.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dallas, Texas, United States
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience with at least 3 years working with AWS services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), configuration management (Ansible), and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile environments.

Nice to have

• AWS or other cloud provider certifications.
• Deep knowledge of cloud native networking, hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.
• Experience with AWS CDK, microservices architecture, serverless computing, and cost optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
