Location: This is a remote role open to candidates residing in any of hirify.global's open US states (AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI). US work authorization is required, and H-1B visa sponsorship is generally not available.

What you will do

• Own and scale the content management solution to ensure consistency across website efforts.
• Lead relationships with SEO, paid media, design, and product marketing teams to build website experiences.
• Partner with conversion rate focused team members to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and optimizations.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to manage and prioritize front-end development work.
• Build and maintain an internal website roadmap reflecting business priorities.
• Develop documentation around core user flows and key conversion events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Proven experience managing a content management system (CMS) and working with front-end developers.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and own results in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a candidate eligible for fully remote positions in one of the specified US states.
• US work authorization required; H-1B visa sponsorship is generally not available.
