What you will do

• Set account strategy for a major account, region, or vertical.
• Collaborate with partner product, engineering, alliance, and marketing teams to align open-source strategies.
• Capture partner requirements, evaluate gaps, and identify hirify.global opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams on messaging, content creation, and launch plans.
• Create partner- and customer-facing materials such as reference architectures, webinars, and white papers.
• Drive Ubuntu adoption within targeted alliance accounts and influence partners to build with hirify.global technology.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in business development or product management for 7+ years, with cross-functional leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, and/or engineering.
• Experience in software development and system architecture.
• Customer-facing experience in software engineering, product management, business development, or technology strategy.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders, from individual contributors to the C-suite.
• Disciplined and self-motivated for a remote-first workplace environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% internationally for internal conferences and to drive partnerships.

Nice to have

• Experience with open source software and open source business models.
• Product management or program management experience.
• Understanding of marketing and go-to-market strategy.
• Sector-specific experience in finance, telecommunications, automotive, or public sectors.
• Working knowledge of independent hardware and software vendor go-to-market motions.
• Post-graduate degree in science, technology, or engineering.
