Senior Software Engineer (Legal Tech): Building innovative solutions for customers within APAC using Rails, contributing to the success of a leading global SaaS product in Legal Tech with an accent on addressing the top needs of APAC customers. Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local ns (Sydney) to be in office min. twice per week.
Salary: $137,700 to $186,300 AUD

What you will do
- Work with a newly established team of developers to solve complex problems and provide elegant solutions for customers within APAC.
- Tackle a variety of software engineering projects as a full stack developer in an agile environment.
- Participate in diverse projects and collaborate with multiple engineering teams across the globe.
- Review and provide feedback on code, both from within your own team or across all of .
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding of engineers, helping them to succeed as new members of the team as the team grows.
Requirements
- Experience in software development, specifically with building web applications at scale using Ruby on Rails.
- The ability to gain fluency in new technologies quickly and work effectively in an ever-evolving environment that includes distributed teams and customers.
- Demonstrated success in mentorship in software development, particularly using an Agile process and with large scale SaaS products.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build high-trust relationships with fellow ns and customers.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
