What you will do
- Build and scale technical enablement systems for customer-facing engineers.
- Create structured onboarding, training, and delivery playbooks to reduce ramp time and improve production quality.
- Establish and maintain a single source of truth for internal technical knowledge.
- Translate field learnings into durable enablement assets and product feedback.
- Define and track enablement KPIs to continuously iterate on outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting production software and systems teams.
- Proven ability to teach and communicate complex technical topics to technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, ML inference systems, and operating high-performance services (scaling, reliability, observability, incident response).
- Experience in technical enablement, developer education, or solutions engineering.
