What you will do

• Understand customer data migration needs through research and analysis, focusing on data integrity and performance.
• Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for data migration capabilities, aligning with the overall product vision and customer needs.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data migration features in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Support product development by guiding engineering teams, clarifying requirements, and prioritizing tasks for timely delivery and quality.
• Understand how data migration features fit into the broader ecosystem, recognizing dependencies and supporting a holistic migration process.
• Analyze feature performance using usage data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate value.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) building and delivering enterprise products.
• Strong familiarity with data ecosystems (databases, analytics, data engineering, ETL).
• Experience building and delivering tools or platforms for data engineers or developers.
• Proven experience delivering GenAI products, particularly those involving AI-powered code translation, developer co-pilots, or complex semantic validation.
