Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science
• 7+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers
• Deep experience with LLM serving and AI infrastructure
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience at staff level
• Strong track record of recruiting and growing technical teams
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across global organizations
