What you will do

• Build a deep understanding of hirify.global’s infrastructure and services.
• Apply infrastructure and software engineering to deliver a highly scalable, resilient, and performant platform.
• Provide technical leadership on large, complex projects spanning infrastructure, platforms, tools, and automation.
• Champion platform adoption to meet business goals across partner teams.
• Lead and mentor more junior engineers.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or platform engineering.
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Go, Java, Python, or C++.
• Expertise in at least one of platform building, automation, networking, site reliability, configuration management, or IaC (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Strong distributed troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• English: B2 required.
