What you will do

• Own key features in the "ease-of-optimization" experience, specifically in performance observability, insights, and intelligence, driving product development.
• Drive product launches end-to-end, ensuring rapid iteration and execution of your features.
• Write clear, functional specifications and champion workload optimization improvements, including supporting GenAI-powered tool development.
• Continuously conduct customer research to understand needs and identify impactful feature opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively across functions and organizations, building trust with engineering and design partners.
• Track usage and health metrics for your features, using data to inform decisions and investments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Solid technical foundation in databases and analytics fundamentals.
• Proficiency with SQL, data warehousing, and optimization concepts.
• Experience using GenAI tools to accelerate product development.
• English: B2 required.

• Experience with cloud data services.
• Experience with performance observability, insights, and recommendations in a data platform context.
• Experience shipping an AI-enabled feature.
• Experience working on Go-to-Market (GTM) activities for a feature.
