What you will do

  • Drive strategic go-to-market plans and campaigns with system integrator partners in the Financial Services territory.
  • Identify Financial Services partner solutions and offerings to expand hirify.global's reach and consumption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless partner and customer experience.
  • Assist system integrators with deal support, including education, registration, pricing, and proposals.
  • Monitor performance and commercial outcomes of joint initiatives, analyzing sales data and market trends.
  • Ensure delivery success by fostering communication with system integrators during pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 12+ years of channel sales, sales, marketing, or business development experience in technology, with accountability for revenue targets.
  • Proven track record and established relationships with hirify.global’s System Integrators (SIs), especially GSIs.
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments, hirify.global’s Partner Ecosystem, and the Financial Services industry.
  • Ability to design and implement territory plans, articulate partner impact, and foster strong partner alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel estimated at 25-30%.
