Salary: $200,000–$287,500

What you will do

• Own the product direction, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global’s streaming capabilities.
• Translate complex customer problems into clear product bets and successfully shipped features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering on system design, trade-offs, and execution.
• Spend time with users to understand their needs and priorities.
• Partner with design to ensure advanced workflows are intuitive, and work with GTM teams to launch products.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across ingestion, platform, analytics, and AI teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience, with at least 4+ years in a product management position.
• Experience building products in data infrastructure, distributed systems, or real-time platforms.
• Strong understanding of streaming systems and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineers and reason about architecture and design choices.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping direction from first principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Kafka or similar systems.
• Master’s degree.
