Compensation: $160K–$230K

What you will do

• Design and build new features for the hirify.global Feature Store in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Write, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable code in Java and Python.
• Help incorporate new advances in machine learning into the platform.
• Contribute to the operational excellence of services by improving reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers on partner teams to build integrated and seamless ML solutions for customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience (or equivalent internship/project experience) designing and building data-intensive systems or software.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
• A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, operating systems).
• A passion for building scalable, high-performance systems.
• A growth mindset and an eagerness to learn and solve complex problems.
• BS in Computer Science or a related degree; MS/PhD is a plus.

• Experience with ML data management and/or streaming, low latency data serving infrastructure.
