Location: This is a hybrid role based out of hirify.global's headquarters in Columbia, Maryland, USA. Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Salary: $115,000–$150,000 annually (total earnings, including commission).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate and expand the customer base within the assigned geographical territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted research and outbound cold calling.
  • Provide in-depth technical information and explanations, delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare precise quotes, maintain accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, and ensure transparency with company goals.
  • Assess competitor information and market trends, presenting quarterly territory reviews and strategic plans for continuous growth.
  • Drive the closure of new business deals and submit detailed reports to the Sales Director, outlining sales activities and results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in technology sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in prospecting, territory management, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
