What you will do

• Lead always-on social engagement and listening, engaging directly when hirify.global is mentioned across priority platforms.
• Proactively participate in public conversations about work, marketing, operations, collaboration, and AI.
• Own hirify.global’s Reddit presence, including ongoing engagement and AMA-style conversations.
• Use social listening to identify emerging themes, risks, and opportunities, sharing insights with relevant teams.
• Own and scale hirify.global’s employee, customer, and partner social advocacy program.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media community management, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Strong content creation skills, particularly video editing and copywriting.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific engagement strategies and social listening.
• Experience with Sprout Social or similar tools; strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to translate social listening insights into clear, actionable engagement strategies.
• Clear, compelling communicator who can engage external audiences and influence internal stakeholders.
