TL;DR

Director - Business Operations (Risk Management): Driving technology strategy, execution, and innovation in support of hirify.global's Group Risk Management organization with an accent on owning the GRC platform end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operations. Focus on leveraging data, platforms, and AI to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-aligned solutions for risk management.

Location: Hybrid in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA (at least 3 days a week in-office)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technology leader for Group Risk Management functions.
  • Own the GRC platform end-to-end, including operations, configuration, support, enhancements, and long-term roadmap.
  • Define and execute hirify.global’s GRC technology strategy, ensuring effective support for risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, and governance.
  • Oversee internal teams and vendors supporting risk and GRC technology, ensuring reliable operations and scalable solutions.
  • Lead the broader Group Risk Management technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and evolving business priorities.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to align priorities and translate enterprise strategy into executable initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology roles, with ownership of enterprise platforms and operational accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Strategic Sourcing functions.
  • Proven ability to contribute to risk program implementation, partner with senior leaders, and effectively influence stakeholders within complex, regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of modern technology architectures, including SaaS platforms, system integrations, data, analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience owning or operating a GRC platform, preferably LogicGate or a comparable solution.
  • Experience supporting enterprise risk, financial risk, technology risk, or clearing risk functions.
  • Familiarity with vendor management, service operations, and enterprise technology operating models.
