What you will do

• Monitor ongoing selection processes and ensure quality, structure, and reliable data flow.
• Execute and continuously improve operational routines, including high-volume scheduling, template reviews, and pipeline structures.
• Create and maintain initiatives for process optimization and automation using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Slack workflows.
• Support interviews by structuring interview blocks, committees, and analyzing participation and engagement.
• Diagnose and resolve operational bottlenecks such as scheduling SLA issues, reschedules, and cancellations.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English (C1+ required).
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to scale high-volume operations effectively.
• Capacity for data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience with ATS and scheduling tools, Slack, and Sheets (or the willingness to learn).
• Ability to structure routines and implement process improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Talent Acquisition or HR/recruitment operations.
• Intermediate Spanish.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Enjoy automating things (Zapier, basic scripts, formulas, workflows).
