What you will do

• Lead projects from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budget alignment.
• Apply Project Management methodologies and manage multiple projects in parallel, identifying risks and priorities.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading conversations, aligning feedback, and managing expectations.
• Build and manage project budgets, coordinating external vendors and overseeing scope and cost tracking.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to internal teams and partners, performing quality assurance reviews on deliverables.
• Maintain high responsiveness in communications, ensuring consistent documentation and organized delivery of assets.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in production and project management roles.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Strong experience in client management and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
