What you will do
- Plan, create, and schedule deployments using DCS software distribution tools.
- Analyze the scope of projects, coordinate, and prioritize changes for software releases.
- Serve as a single point of contact to triage, escalate, and manage incidents from start to end.
- Manage multiple development environments, including servers, software tools, applications, and operating systems.
- Perform intermediate troubleshooting and resolve issues related to failed software distributions.
- Monitor progress of distribution jobs, initiate regression or recovery, and provide service enhancement recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a related work environment.
- Experience with parallel development, software releases, and creating/managing release schedules.
- Experience in remote software distribution and support activities for endpoint solutions, preferably ATMs.
- Advanced PC/MS Office and Windows Operating Systems knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English: C1+ language skills required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with other Software Distribution tools (CA Unicenter/SCCM).
- Understanding of ITIL.
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
