Test Coordinator (Cyber Security)

TL;DR

Test Coordinator (Cyber Security): Coordinating security testing activities within a regulated banking environment with an accent on managing internal/external penetration tests, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Focus on facilitating key meetings, supporting application teams, and ensuring effective communication with external security suppliers.

Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia, Poland (at least 2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 250-350 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Coordinate internal and external penetration testing activities, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Facilitate proposal discussions, kick-off meetings, and presentation of final test reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage documentation related to test reports, risk acceptances, and security deviations.
• Support Application Teams, Suppliers, and stakeholders in matters related to security testing and remediation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external security testing suppliers, ensuring effective communication.

Requirements

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an international environment.
• Proven ability to set up, facilitate, and lead meetings effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Genuine interest in Cyber Security and willingness to continuously develop knowledge in this field.
