TL;DR

Lead AI Engineer (AI/Fullstack): Design and build AI Agentic systems within complex production-grade platforms with an accent on scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI solutions. Focus on leading architecture discussions, system design, and collaborating across backend and frontend in a customer-facing environment.

Location: Remote from Poland or Warsaw/Wrocław offices

Salary: 24,000–32,000 PLN (B2B contract)

What you will do

Design and build AI Agentic systems as part of complex production platforms.
Lead architecture and technical direction across full lifecycle from exploration to production.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, performant, and maintainable long-term.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, framing problems and proposing engineering solutions.
Work hands-on on backend and frontend with primary ownership of backend systems.
Collaborate confidently in customer-facing, multi-vendor environments.

Requirements

Must be located in Poland or able to work remotely from Poland.
Strong fullstack experience with NodeJS and TypeScript.
At least 1 year experience in AI Engineering roles with knowledge of AI Agentic technologies.
Experience with LLM APIs/SDKs, orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Senior-level software engineering experience with system design and architecture focus.
Fluency in English (Polish is a plus).

Nice to have

Basic machine learning knowledge and Python code understanding.
Experience with React, model fine-tuning, distillation, or LLM evaluation.
Experience with Model Context Protocol and graph databases or Voice Agent frameworks.
Mentoring or supporting other engineers.
