TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in Stockholm, Sweden, covering the Nordic Region. Flexible to work from a city or country of choice for 25 days per year.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the Nordic Region, aligning with global objectives.
  • Drive revenue generation, manage budgets, and expand market share through strategic initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry influencers.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing local team, focusing on talent acquisition and career growth.
  • Monitor market dynamics, track KPIs, and refine strategies to maintain a competitive edge and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leadership roles within the financial services sector or another online industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market share.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of local market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry and navigate complexity.
  • Proficiency in English, Dutch, Swedish, or Danish (written and spoken) is required.
