What you will do

• Own and deliver end-to-end bid processes for complex RFPs, RFIs, and bespoke commercial proposals.
• Partner cross-functionally to coordinate inputs for bid responses and manage the process.
• Manage bid timelines, reviews, approvals, and submissions to meet deadlines.
• Ensure bids align with pricing frameworks, product capability, and risk appetite.
• Maintain and improve bid content libraries and standard responses.
• Analyze bid outcomes and drive improvements in effectiveness and win-rate.
• Support continuous improvement of bid quality, governance, and execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Bid Manager, Commercial Operations, or Sales Operations role.
• Proven experience managing complex bids/RFPs in a B2B or B2B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial structures, pricing, and risk governance.
• Highly organised with strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Confident communicator, able to challenge constructively and drive alignment.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS preferred.
