Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA, with growing offices in Atlanta, New York, London, France, Singapore, and Japan.

Salary: $160,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Design interactive web experiences from early concept and layout exploration through build, launch, and iteration.
• Own hirify.global’s website end-to-end, from product pages to experimental brand moments.
• Move quickly from brief to production, making strong design decisions and refining based on feedback.
• Design where the brand is felt, with intentional interactions and details, taking creative risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and leadership to translate goals into cohesive web experiences.
• Push hirify.global’s web presence forward, exploring new ways to make the brand feel genuine, human, and creative.
• Build and evolve web systems and patterns that support consistency while leaving room for experimentation.
• Own the global web experience, including ongoing localization across regions and languages.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing for the web with a portfolio highlighting interactive, marketing, or brand-driven web work.
• Strong expertise in Figma and comfort taking designs all the way to production.
• Experience working with CMS-driven sites and understanding how content, design, and systems intersect.
• Excellent visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and composition.
• Love of going from idea to shipped work without relying on extensive handoffs.
• Strong design judgment and taste, especially when working quickly, paired with a systems mindset.
• Interest in interaction, motion, and storytelling over purely static comps.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
