What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement enhancements to support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Aircall).
• Own end-to-end implementation of support operations projects.
• Validate system changes, automations, and integrations for business requirements.
• Support day-to-day operations and troubleshoot system issues for support teams.
• Identify and recommend improvements for support workflows and agent productivity.
• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Support Operations Engineer, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong systems literacy with understanding of data flow within CRM and support systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring support platforms such as Zendesk and call-center systems like Aircall.
• Solid understanding of support operations workflows, including ticketing systems, automations, SLAs, and reporting.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
