About the Project
We are building a high-load platform with a microservices architecture and event-driven design.
Strong focus on fault tolerance, scalability, and asynchronous processing.

We are looking for a strong Golang engineer who knows how to design reliable backend systems and is ready to own architectural decisions.

Tech Stack
Language: Go (core)

Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure

Message Broker: Kafka

Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis

Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

Architecture: REST, microservices, event-driven, async processing

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain microservices in Golang

Build asynchronous workflows and high-load event processing with Kafka

Optimize performance, ensure high availability and scalability

Integrate with internal and external APIs

Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making

Deploy and maintain services in the cloud (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes)

Requirements
✅ 5+ years of commercial backend development experience
✅ 3+ years of production experience with Golang
✅ Strong experience with microservices architecture — you've built it from scratch
✅ Kafka (or other message brokers) — used in production, not just PoC
✅ Deep understanding of event-driven & asynchronous processing
✅ PostgreSQL, Redis — solid hands-on experience
✅ Docker + Kubernetes — production-grade experience
✅ AWS or Azure — deployment, networking, infrastructure
✅ Prometheus / Grafana / ELK — you can set it up, not just look at dashboards
✅ High availability, scalability, profiling — these are not buzzwords to you
✅ Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs

Strong Plus
💰 Fintech / payment systems background
🆔 Experience with KYC / AML / compliance workflows
