What you will do

• Serve as the technical interface for key client stakeholders.
• Drive the technical integration lifecycle from scope analysis to post-launch optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges involving data mapping, latency, and system compatibility.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications for internal developers.
• Analyze system performance using internal logging/monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience in a Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Integration Engineer role managing client projects.
• Prior experience with Fintech, E-commerce, or Payments industries is essential.
• Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON/XML data structures, including testing with tools like Postman or Insomnia.
• Proven ability to read and interpret code/scripts to understand integration logic.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French, other local European and/or African languages.
