TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer: Designing and developing highly scalable, reliable cloud-native microservices for the hirify.global.io platform with an accent on API design, data ingestion, and cloud service maintenance. Location: Hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in the office in Columbia, Maryland, USA.

Salary: $144,433.00 – $206,500.00 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain state-of-the-art solutions for interacting with hirify.global.io platform data.
• Implement and maintain highly scalable, highly reliable cloud-native microservices.
• Work cross-functionally with other developers, UX designers, and product owners on cloud services development.
• Promote clear and simple software design while actively driving better practices and solutions.
• Support operational excellence for the engineering team through defining and driving KPIs.
• Coach and mentor mid-level and junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years (60 months) of work experience in software development or closely related positions.
• Must be able to work in the office 3 times a week in Columbia, Maryland, USA.
