What you will do
- Drive continuous delivery and operational excellence for major enterprise partners, ensuring on-time releases and meeting SLAs.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for partner-facing teams, managing cross-team communication, requests, and expectations.
- Contribute technical input to release planning and roadmapping, and own the technical execution of release delivery for partner solutions.
- Manage and prioritize business needs based on urgency, ensuring timely resolution with clear communication.
- Monitor and report on Digital SLAs, ensuring partner commitments are met.
- Coordinate with global teams to deliver on partner commitments and resolve issues, including balanced timezone syncs between North America and APAC.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, partner-facing roles, escalation management, partner operations, or technical account management, preferably in enterprise, B2B, or SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-national cross-functional teams and manage complex partners with stringent SLAs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in process optimization/change management.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud technologies, and incident management best practices.
- Experience with reporting, documentation, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, computer science or related field.
