Salary: €3,300–€3,600 (monthly base pay)

What you will do

• Monitor and manage production system health, performance, and capacity in a 24/7 environment.
• Configure, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software to ensure stability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack and respond to system alerts.
• Collaborate with global teams and developers to resolve operational incidents.
• Create, update, and optimize operational documentation and automation-focused processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in systems operations, infrastructure support, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make sound operational decisions.
• Proficiency with Linux, scripting languages (Python, Bash), and automation/configuration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Git).
• English: B2 required for clear and effective communication.
• Must be located in Vilnius, Lithuania, and work in a hybrid environment with at least 3 days in-office.

Nice to have

• Relevant technical certifications (Linux, cloud, automation).
• Experience with networking fundamentals, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.
