What you will do

• Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions, including Agents, automations, and internal apps.
• Use Vibe-Coding with Claude Code to rapidly create internal applications (backend, frontend, workflows, APIs).
• Work with advanced code models to generate, refine, and harden application logic.
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployments, environments, CI/CD, and operational readiness (DevOps executes, you define requirements and logic).
• Run UAT cycles, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code Team & Enterprise is a must.
• Excellent business English – mandatory.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM logic design.
• Ability to analyse business processes and convert them into AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in DevOps will be considered as an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
• Previous experience implementing GenAI tools in organizations.
