What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise network security architecture and controls.
• Define security standards, policies, and best practices for network environments.
• Drive security improvement initiatives across network, perimeter, and infrastructure layers.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure secure-by-design solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in network security architecture and operations.
• Advanced firewall expertise (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, IBM Vyatta), including policy design, high availability, migrations, cleanup, and optimization.
• Expertise in IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network segmentation.
• Experience leading technical teams or acting as a senior technical authority.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
