What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of mobile engineers, overseeing performance, development, and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering to deliver seamless experiences.
• Ensure high standards for maintainability, performance, test coverage, and architectural quality in the mobile codebase.
• Own delivery outcomes, app reliability, and release cadence to meet customer expectations.
• Contribute to the mobile product roadmap and help shape the long-term strategy for mobile at hirify.global.
• Mentor engineers on technical best practices and drive hiring, onboarding, and team capacity planning.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing engineers, including coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development, ideally with Flutter and/or Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Experience building and scaling production-grade apps used by thousands of daily users.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, etc.) and cross-platform UX consistency.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD, mobile observability, and release management best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to translate technical trade-offs clearly.

Nice to have

• Solid native fundamentals in Kotlin and Swift.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and PCI compliance.
