Lead 2D Artist (Game)

Salary: Up to 35M VND per month, plus project-based and performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Develop art concepts for projects at the initial stage.
• Evaluate artists' work and provide feedback on visual quality.
• Collaborate with developers, animators, 3D artists, and 2D artists on game implementation solutions.
• Evaluate graphics after product completion.
• Refine artwork together with the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Game 2D Artist.
• Strong character design skills and artistic thinking.
• Strong hand-drawing skills, aesthetic sense, and color perception.
• Proficiency in Wacom, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Passion for games, especially mobile games.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cartoon, Chibi, or Casual art styles.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience with Spine, After Effects, Unity, or similar animation software.
