What you will do
- Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their account and connections, and providing system training.
- Understand customer objectives to correctly set up accounts and assist during the customer journey.
- Provide a consultative approach to customers to ensure proper utilisation of .
- Analyse the customer base and work proactively with your pipeline to improve product adoption and drive upgrades or upsells.
- Gather customer feedback on bugs, improvements, and new functionalities, passing it to the Product team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to maximise customer value.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as an account manager or onboarding specialist in a high-growth SaaS environment, or a recent graduate with a relevant degree.
- Tech-savvy with an ability to fully understand software.
- Native or near-native level of German and English.
- Availability to work afternoon shifts.
- Experience negotiating and handling commercial conversations with customers in a consultative manner.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisation skills.
- Fast learner capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment.
