What you will do

• Partner with account executives to identify client needs and articulate hirify.global's value to enterprise prospects.
• Lead product demonstrations and technical deep dives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Create and present technical proposals, diagrams, proof-of-concept solutions, and code samples.
• Act as a subject matter expert on headless content management, advising clients on best practices and integration strategies.
• Assist in elevating the knowledge and capabilities of hirify.global’s implementation partners.
• Lead client onboarding sessions and assist in knowledge transfer to customer success teams post-sale.
• Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback and advocate for feature enhancements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Past work experience as a web developer or software engineer.
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g., Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM).
